If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Because many of our products are carefully sourced and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or normal shipping delays outside of our control.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us with:

• A description of the issue
• Photos if applicable

We will review each case individually and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
